Shipping within Germany

A flat shipping fee of €3.90 per order applies to printed products shipped within Germany.
Orders with a total value of €40.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Delivery within Germany takes 3–8 days.

International Shipping – DHL Zone 1: European Union

DHL Zone 1 includes the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (excluding Northern Cyprus), Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding the Åland Islands), France (excluding overseas territories and departments), Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d’Italia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands (excluding territories outside Europe), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), and Sweden.
Shipping fee: €17.50 per order.
Orders with a total value of €100.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Shipping is provided by DHL Paket International and includes insurance and shipment tracking.

Shipping to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein

Shipping fee: €25.00 per order.
Orders with a total value of €120.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Shipping is provided by DHL Paket International and includes insurance and shipment tracking.

Shipping to the USA and Canada

A flat shipping fee of €35.90 per order applies to deliveries to the USA and Canada.
According to DHL, delivery takes at least 14 days. No guarantee can be given regarding DHL delivery times or the duration of customs clearance.
Due to changes in import customs procedures in the USA, delivery delays may currently occur.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other import charges that may apply must be paid by the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.
Shipping is provided by DHL Paket International and includes shipment tracking and insurance coverage of up to €500.00.
All shipping charges include statutory VAT.
International deliveries generally take longer, particularly around public holidays such as Christmas. Please note that deliveries are generally not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Please ensure that all recipient address details are entered correctly. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in the ordered goods being delivered late or not being delivered at all.
Replacement delivery due to incorrect address information is excluded.
