With the atmospheric Fantasie in G with its catchy motifs and harmonies, Alexander Därr sets out on new, almost untrodden paths for the instrument combination of concert guitar and organ, creating an interesting and perhaps very special synthesis. Taking into account the dynamic, soloistic and chordal possibilities of the instruments, wonderful sound possibilities arise.
The optional violoncello part in the second part of the fantasia gives the work additional emotional spice.
